At AVS Tools and Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality garage and workshop equipment. Due to the nature of our products (heavy machinery and technical equipment), our refund and return policy is designed to be transparent and fair for both parties.

🔁 Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition
  • The product delivered is incorrect or not as per order
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

To initiate a return, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Invoice or proof of purchase

📌 Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all accessories intact.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed machines
  • Products damaged due to improper handling
  • Customized or special-order equipment
  • Products without original packaging

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Product is unavailable after order confirmation
  • Verified damaged/defective product (if replacement is not possible)

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer

🔄 Replacement Policy

We prioritize replacement over refund wherever possible.

  • Replacement will be initiated after inspection and approval
  • Timeline depends on product availability and location

🚚 Shipping & Return Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost
  • In other cases, return shipping charges may be applicable

🛠️ Installation & Service Note

Once a machine is installed and operational:

  • It will be considered accepted by the customer
  • No return or refund will be applicable

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
